Notorious was the only movie like this. I never rent movies from BB so I don't even know if normally the dvds are actually in the case or notIs my BlockBuster being racist?? pic

They're never in the case here -- you bring the box and they give you the DVD in the front. It stops people from stealing it.

He said it is the only movie cases that have that page. The movie is off of a black rapper that many black people like. Hence the sign seems to be following the stereotype that black people steal stuff. They put the sign up so that black people won't steal it possibly.

I think he thinks that they took the movie out of the cases because that's a movie they expect blacks to watch and they think blacks will steal the movie.

speaking of, dont know if its racist, ironic, or a bit of both, but i remember when that was in theaters and i was leaving whatever movie i saw. there were a bunch of black people coming out of another theater and thinking ''they must have seen notorious''. it was said movie

Maybe people kept assuming that the N.B.I.G movie was in the case so I guess that the sign might prevent people from trying to rent the box.
